SPA zone offers – health-improving courses. Choose the best for your body     

Organism rejuvenation course

Warming through deep skin layers, improvement of lymph and blood circulation, excretion of waste products and toxins, normalization of metabolism, stress removal, relaxation, and organism rejuvenation.

  • Begin the course with visiting sauna (70-100°C), which would improve blood circulation, help to get toxins out of the body, moisturize the skin and reduce pains. Duration of one visit is 5 -10 minutes; 
  • Then go to a cold swimming pool, where water temperature reaches +10°C or rub your body with ice thereby improving blood circulation, skin condition and general protection of the organism against diseases; 
  • Continue the course by visiting Turkish baths (50-70°C), where it is recommended to stay not longer than 10 minutes;
  • After the baths have a wash under shower;
  • Finish the course by visiting the Salt Room. The salt ions, which you inhale, clean, moisturize and soothe the upper airway mucosa, stabilize the central nervous systems, contribute to better the cardiovascular system. Recommended duration of visit is up to 30 minutes at one go.

To avoid dehydration between visiting the thermal procedures drink 200-300 ml of liquid (still mineral water, herbal tea).

Total course duration – up to 60 minutes

Soothing course

  • Begin the soothing course by visiting a Steam bath (up to 50°C). This bath reduces stress, improves blood circulation, clears the upper airway, and rejuvenates the body. In combination with warm shower relaxes the body. Duration of one visit – not longer than 15 minutes;
  • After the bath have a wash under shower;
  • Then dip into an oxygen bath, which contributes to better the central nervous system, the skin, the skeletal system and the system of connective tissues, improves blood circulation, enhances metabolism and enriches the skin with oxygen. Duration – not exceeding 10 minutes;
  • Finish the course by visiting the Salt Room. The salt ions, which you inhale, clean, moisturize and soothe the upper airway mucosa, stabilize the central nervous systems, contribute to better the cardiovascular system. Recommended duration of visit is up to 30 minutes at one go.

Total course duration – up to 60 minutes

Invigorating course

  • Bench with radiant warmer is a wonderful beginning of the course. It improves blood circulation, efflux of lymph, metabolism, gets toxins out of the body and improves immunity. Recommended duration of one session – 15 minutes.
  • Then go to the water /air jet massage. The water jet massage stabilizes the nervous system, improves blood circulation and metabolism. The jets directed at particular parts of the body help to overcome muscle pain, improve the skin structure. Duration – not exceeding 10 minutes.
  • Relax in the Steam bath (up to 50°C). This bath reduces stress, improves blood circulation, clears the upper airway, and rejuvenates the body. In combination with cold shower refreshes the body. Duration of one visit – not longer than 15 minutes.
  • After the baths have a wash under shower.
  • Then go to a cold swimming pool, where water temperature makes up +10°C or rub your body with ice thereby improving blood circulation, skin condition and general protection of the organism against diseases.
  • We recommend repeating the steps 3.3 - 3.5 several times in a row.
